First and foremost, because my
castle is the only place capable
of playing this irreplaceable piano
—a living Bechstein that has
continuous, intimate experience
with the world’s atmosphere for 120
years.

Furthermore, while the world
out there is vast and wonderful,
I possess a one-of-a-kind "world" of
my own, which I continuously create
within a much smaller realm—the
microscopic space of my own
senses, my "brain? heart?". It is
strictly non-exportable, of course

かけがえのないピアノ＝120年間、
世界の空気を感じ続けた
現役ベヒシュタインを
奏でられないからです。

そして世界はとても広く素晴らしい
ですが、私はこの小さな世界で、
さらに小さな私の感覚「脳？心？」
で作り続けている
唯一無二の「世界」
を持っているからです。
持ち出し厳禁の。笑。
